Friday @ 6:40 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

*Students wishing to use the media center before 6:40 should enter the building using the doors behind the flag pole*

Our Collection

Did you know that the media center is actually named the Ralph Gilchrest Tribal Grounds? The Lake Gibson High Media Center has many unique features. By using  the online catalog, Destiny, students can locate books around the Media Center. Come on upstairs and access some of the most current technology and print information available. Also, take time to browse in the timeless classics of literature. See you there!

All computers have internet access along with up to date MOS

Checking Out Books

Students are allowed to check out up to 2 books at a time and are allowed to be held for up to 3 weeks. If they wish to check out any more at a time, they should speak with Mrs. Sanders.

Books may be renewed unless it is currently on hold.

Overdue Books

It is up to the student to make sure that they return books on time.  A book’s due date can be found in the pocket of the book. Books are allowed to be rented for up to 3 weeks, after this the book is considered overdue.
